Sunday, January 21, 2007

Hello all

Hello everyone. I am so sorry it has been so long since I last wrote anything. Not much has happened in the last month, so I kept forgetting to write anything. Mom and daddy got some new pictures that I know daddy will be posting soon, so check those out when he does. I am sure I will remind everyone when he does that.

Otherwise...not much else to say. Baby William was born yesterday. For those who don't know who he is, he will be my playmate in a few months. Mommy is going to babysit him when his mommy goes back to work. This should be interesting.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and to let you know I am doing great.

Bye-bye.

My first Christmas!

Ok...in a word, Christmas is AMAZING! Now I know why mom and dad were so excited.

My day started later than usual. I gave mommy a gift by sleeping about an hour later than usual this morning. We came downstairs and there were presents everywhere. Apparently, Santa, the same guy I saw last week, came while I was asleep. Amazing. He was so quiet. Even Buster didn't bark when he came.

Anyway, after a quick breakfast, we started opening presents. Between Santa, mom and dad, I got a lot of cool stuff. I got some clothes, some books, a few movies and some toys. Mom and dad got a lot of neat stuff as well. Even Buster got two presents (that I got for him!)

After a quick nap, we all went to grandma's house. She was just as excited about Christmas! Apparently Santa had been there as well because there was a lot of stuff there as well. Mom, dad and grandma had a big meal while I slammed down some cereal and pear! Dad said it was the pear from the pear tree in the funny song.

I started tearing into the presents there as well. I got A LOT of toys from grandma and Aunt Denise. After playing and being happy, we all came home. Almost as soon as we got home, Uncle Jason, Aunt Nicole and my adopted cousins came to visit. Again...lots of cool presents from them as well.

I think I made out like a bandit this year. I know mom and dad loved sharing this day with me and I am glad they did. I know dad got a little sad at the end of day since my first Christmas was over, but don't worry dad. I have a lot of firsts yet ahead of me!

I hope that daddy will put some pictures up here in the next couple of days for you. We'll see. We know how much of a slacker he is :-)

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Ho-Ho-Ho

Seasons Greetings! As this thing called Christmas draws near, I know mom and dad are getting more excited. I am not too sure how much I understand what this day is, but if mom and dad are happy, then I am happy too.

Tonight I got to go visit Santa for the first time. This dude rocked! I loved him. I sat on his lap and I truly didn't want to leave. I just kept smiling at him. He told he was going to bring me a stuffed animal and a baby doll. I can't wait!

Well, best wishes. I will write again soon, especially to let you know how this big day goes!

LOOK AT ME!

Just stopping by to say hello. Not a lot that is too new here. I have been trying a lot of new foods and deciding I don't like most of them :-p

Everything else has been good. I had a good first Thanksgiving and I am excited as anything about this thing called Christmas that is coming up! I don't know what it is, but it sounds great. Mom and dad said they are going to get a tree and everything.

Well...anyway, here are my 9-month pictures and some of me with mom and dad. Hope you enjoy.

The rest of my new pictures can be seen if you click on the Ella - 9 months and Family pictures links on the right.

Well, I will check in again soon.

Bye.

Full of Ship!!!

Mommy, daddy and just about everyone under the sun think I am going to be a Shippensburg student some day. I already know Baby Hailey and Baby Brandon are going to be there and you know the dance floor at Wibs wouldn't be right unless Baby Ella was there shakin' my groove thang!!! But daddy says, "Absolutely, positively no walk of shame!!!"

Well...here I am supporting the school already:

More new pics

Still more pics taken with the phone cam. Not the best, but cute nonetheless!

New picture!

Here is a picture of me that dad took with his new cell phone!!! Not too shabby.

Happy Halloween

Hello everyone. Sorry again for the long period of time between my posts. I am a busy girl these days.

So here is the run down of what is new...

I have two more teeth coming in. Mom says I look like a vampire because they are not the middle two top teeth, but on either side. I will look very silly when they come in.

I have been babbling...A LOT! I am smiling so much now because everything makes me happy (especially my silly daddy!) I have been eating some solid stuff. I love pumpkin! Mom cooked one for pies and stuff and gave me some of what was left. It is quite yummy.

Daddy said I am getting bigger because the toy Aunt June got me now fits me. I used to sit in it and my feet dangled from the bottom. Now, I can actually get my feet down and move the entire way around.

Mom and grandma think I am going to play in the WNBA! Apparently they think I have some good coordination.

Mom is planning on dressing me up for Halloween. I have no idea what that is all about, but hey...I am pretty cute in any outfit, so I am not worried.

Well...that is all for now. Take care and Happy Halloween.

Big news!

According to mmomy, I have said my first word! On Thursday she had lunch with a few of her former co workers and I kept babbling Da-Da over and over. Since then, I she has heard me say Ma-Ma several times as well. I don't understand why she is so excited. I have been talking since day...its just that no one understood! Anyway, daddy still hasn't heard me, so he is skeptical, but mommy and her friends and grandma all sware they have heard it.

Here are a few new pics. If you look at the albums on the right, you will see daddy was busy posting some new stuff for you to look at:

Hey there, hi there, ho there!

So, I spent the night at Grandma's house last night all by myself. I did pretty good too. I stayed up a little later than usual (grandma is already spoiling me!) and I slept the whole night through. Of course, I think the bad weather helps with that! Anyway, mommy and daddy got some new pictures and slacker daddy wasn't a slacker this time. He put them right up. Here are a few and the rest are under the NEW ALBUM link on the right.

:-)

Alas, I have failed to keep my promise of more posts. But what can I say, I am a 5-month old baby. My life is hectic and my schedule constantly full!

So the big news of the week for me is that my bottom two front teeth have started to come in. Mom noticed the other day that they were pushing through and then I grabbed dad's finger to suck on it and I bit him! So, they are there and through already. Not completly, but partially through.

The other big news is that I have started on some solid foods. Mom started feeding me rice cereal about two weeks ago and now she is mixing a little applesauce with it. I am still not too sure what I am supposed to do with this stuff. I still have that sucking movement down for my bottle, so my tongue often likes to force the rice cereal right back out on my chin. Mom laughs a lot when she is trying to feed me.

Speaking of mom, she has been home a lot lately. I heard her and dad talking about her losing her job and I think that is a bad thing, but at the same time, I love it. I get to spend more time with her this way. I think it makes her sad to think about going back to work though and leaving me behind. Don't worry mom...I'm a big girl, I can handle myself!!! :-)

I think that is all I have to update you on now. I promise dad will get more pics up here soon. He is such a lazy bum sometimes. If he doesn't hurry and get new pics up, I will just have to bite him again!!!

Take care and have a great weekend everyone!

Sorry for the delay

Hello all. I know it has been a while since I last wrote something to you. I know...I am a slacker...just lack daddy :-)

Well, since I last wrote, daddy had his first Father's Day! I got him this really nice watch that I think he loves. Even though mommy picked it out, I think he knows that I would have picked that one if I was older :-)

Mommy and daddy both has a birthday in the same week. That was odd! Nonetheless, I got them some nice things and they got each other nice things. Daddy went to a baseball game on his birthday with mommy, so I didn't get to see him much that day.

I have been spending a lot of time with daddy, though. Now that mommy is back to work everyday and daddy has a less hectic schedule, he is home with me at least two or three days a week. I love it. I love to drive him crazy some days :-) He gets so frustrated, but I just laugh!

I have spent a few days with Grandma as well. She found out the other day that I like to fuss and not want to take naps during the day. Daddy thought that was funny. He said he was glad to see I showed someone else how fussy I can get! Hee-hee!

There are some new pictures of me listed on the right. I had some professional shots done last Sunday. Mommy and daddy loved them! Here are the two poses they picked out:

One of the other things I did, actually on Father's Day, was get baptized. We went to church and I was dressed in a cute little white dress. Pastor Dave put some water on my head and then he sang to me. Mom and dad were so proud of how well I did. I didn't cry or fuss or anything. When will they learn I love being the center of attention! :-) Uncle Todd and Aunt Lisa were there too. Actually, they are my Godparents now! I know they are far away, but I am happy mommy and daddy chose them. Uncle Todd is silly and Aunt Lisa is so caring. Just like mommy and dad. Here is a picture of me with them from Aunt Lisa's bridal shower:

Well enough of me for now. I promise I will try to write more often. I am just so busy these days! Take care all and have a great July 4th (whatever that means!)

Busy few days

It has been a very active few days for me. On Friday, I went and stayed at Grandma Jinny's for the first time. (She really isn't my grandma, but I call her that...its just easier.) I was there from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. It was a long day, but I had a good time. I met a lot of other older kids and they were amazed by me. I am so precious, I know!

On Saturday, mommy took me to Aunt Lisa's bridal shower. I met a lot of new people there and I got passed around to a lot of people. Aunt Lisa kept trying to steal me, but I think moomy would have tracked her down.

On Sunday, I spent the day with Grandma and Aunt Denise. Mom and dad went to an Orioles game and left me behind :-( They said I was still a little too little for the game, so I stayed behind. Someday I will get to go. I can't wait.

This week is pretty tame. Daddy is home a lot with me now and mommy is back to work. I was sad to see her go, but I understand if I want to keep eating those yummy bottles, both she and dad need to leave every once in a while.

Well, that is the update from 1 foot down! Bye.

Happy Mother's Day!

Today is mommy's day! I got her some nice stuff and daddy helped me pick a nice card. I think she was very happy with it.

Daddy also posted a few more pictures...61 to be exact. Here are some: (the rest can be found if you click on the "my first months" link on the right!)

Busy girl

Hey there folks. My apologies for not writing. I realized today has been two weeks since I last posted something. Just like my daddy, I am quite the slacker :-)

Today was a big day for me. I went to the mall with mommy and daddy and we walked around for several hours. I did get a bit fussy, but after a clean diaper and a bottle, I was much better. It was great to hear all of the noise and see all of the bright lights. I think it was good for mommy to get out as well.

For the most part, not a lot has changed. Mom and dad always get big smiles on their faces when I smile at them. Too funny. If only they knew I was just farting!!!

Daddy was gone for a few days last week. I was beginning to think he wasn't coming home at all. But every night mommy would give me a kiss and tell me that daddy said he loved me. I did miss that fat boy! I was happy to see him on Thursday and he held me and gave me lots of kisses. Always a good thing.

Mommy has been spending lots of time with me as well. I know she is dreading going back to work in a few weeks, but its okay. I will miss her, but at some point I need to cut the cord...right??? :-)

Well, I better go get some rest. Speaking of which, I have been sleeping most of the night lately as well. Last night I went to bed at 11:30 and didn't get up again until 7. Then after a quick bottle and a diaper change (really the highlights of my day), I went back to sleep until noon! Mom said she thought maybe I was having a growth spurt that was making me tired. I don't know, but man was it nice to sleep in!

Later folks...maybe I will have some new pics soon too!

My first Easter

Yesterday was my first Easter. I had so much fun!

First, mommy and daddy took me to church for the first time. Well, I got to go to the nursery, but it was still pretty cool. I got to meet two other bigger girls named Ella. One of them was even named Ella Marie. That name rocks!

When we got home, Grandma, Aunt Denise and Uncle Jason all stopped by. Along with mom and dad, they all ate ham and lots of good stuff. Dad kept joking that maybe next year I can try some. I will stick with formula for now.

I got a cool basket filled with all kinds of goodies from the Eatser Bunny. I am not sure who this character is, but I hope he is not one of those bunnies that Buster is always chasing! :-(

Here are some pics from my big day:

I know

I know, I know...you are sitting there thinking "what does a baby have to do all day that she can't find time to write a Blog entry?"

Well, things have been going very well here. Now that mom and dad have gotten my feeding a little more regulated, I am much more content than before. Plus, now I can leave stinky farts that make daddy gag! Hah...9 points for me!

I am loving life on the outside. Aside from some painful gas and some loud noises, everything is wonderful. Mommy and daddy cuddle me and give me kisses all the time. I get to see grandma almost every day! Buster likes to kiss the top of my head and I get to sleep all night and stare at things in amazement all day. How much better could it get???

Daddy says he has a few more pictures to post, but he is very busy. I know mommy is worried about some of his work trips coming up. She is nervouse about being home with me by herself. I don't know why she is worried. I am less than 10 pounds for heaven's sake! Anyway...daddy will post the pictures soon...he promises.

Well...I better go. I am going to visit grandma tonight with mommy and Aunt Brenda. Should be fun!

Take care :-)

Check out my picture and info on the Memorial Hospital website

Here is my Hospital website picture:

I'm home

So I came home on Sunday. Sorry for the delay in writing, but I decided to torment Mom and Dad with a lot of fussiness during the night. Things are slowly calming down again and I actually let mom and dad have a pretty good nights rest last night.

Not perfect, but pretty good.

Here are a few more pictures for you to enjoy:

This is a close up of me!

Check out my cute little dress. That is what I wore home.

All in all, things are going pretty good. I like my new home and my brother Buster has taken really well to me. He gets concerned when I cry and he often runs to mom and dad when I cry. But he has been very good.

This house and life isn't too bad. Eat, sleep, poop, eat, sleep, poop. That is the routine!

I will check back later!

Induce this!

After planning to be induced on Monday of next week, I made decision...today might work! Mom has been having contractions since 6:00 AM this morning and as of right now...5:44 pm...they are about 6 minutes apart.

Not too much longer until I am out of this wonderful place and into the great unknown.

See you on the flip side!!!

Not so fast

38 hours 24 minutes and 30 seconds

Ha-Ha! Mom thought I wanted to come out...fooled her!. We went to the doctor yesterday and he checked to see if mom was ready to invite me into the world. Guess what...nothing! She is sealed tighter than Fort Knox :-) I know...a bit graphic, right. I am getting a little loopy in here. No room to stretch, no space to move...I think I am going abit crazy.

Of course that could just be my personality coming through. I mean please...look at who my parents are! Wow...I just realize I don't stand a chance of ever being normal.

Anyway...I am not sure if I will make my grand entrance on Monday of next week like predicted or if I will hang around and give grandma a nice 60th birthday gift. Either way, it can't be too much long. Can it?

Friday, February 24, 2006

Now its hours and minutes!!!

240 hours 48 minutes and 26 seconds

So we are now down to counting by the hours and minutes. With under 10 days until I am supposed to arrive, I am getting very anxious.

I am so ready to meet my mom, dad, brother Buster, Grandma, Aunt Denise, Uncle Jason, Aunt Brenda...well, pretty much everyone.

It is dark in here, on top of being cramped and very hot. I keep telling mom to let me out by jabbing her in the ribs and generally making it hard for her to sleep, but I guess she just isn't getting the message.

Oh well!

See you all very, very soon :-)

Knees, elbows...

20 days 22 hours and 30 minutes

As it gets more and more cramped in here, I have less room to stretch and move. I know that mommy doesn't like it, but sometimes I just need to stretch and kick and punch. Sometimes I hear her saying that she can feel my elbow or my back or something else. She is always making anoise and then touching her belly when I move now...she must really be able to feel me.

I also heard her say that her whole belly shifts back and forth sometimes when I move. Some of her coworkers are grossed out by it! I think its funny. Makes mommy look funny.

I heard we got a lot of snow the other day. I have no clue what the heck that is, but apparently it was a lot. I know daddy kept telling me to wait to come out until after the snow had stopped. It must be a mess whatever it is.

Well folks...I need some rest. With the countdown at 20 days and counting, I need all the rest I can get.

Talk to you later...or better yet...see you soon! :-)

Wednesday, February 01, 2006

Oh so close

33 days 22 hours and 56 minutes

Well, as you can see above, we are almost a month away from my arrival! How exciting. Mom and dad just finished child birth classes this past weekend and I got hear about all the things mom can expect the day I come. Sounds like it will be pretty rough ride, but I think I will be ready. Things are getting way too cramped in here. I keep kicking mom, but I don't think she is getting the point.

Tomorrow we get to visit old Doc Piccolo again. If I remember right, we start weekly visits after to the doctor after tomorrow, so that just means a lot of poking and prodding for me.

According to mom, everything is going quite well. She giggles when she can feel a part of me poking through her belly. Oh, speaking of which, dad keeps telling everyone she is about to pop. Sounds as if she has a round little belly on the outside :-)

Not too much has been happening, but I guess there will be a lot more to write about in the next few weeks.

I am getting excited to meet all the voices I have heard for the past 8 months.

Take care and I will see you soon ;-)

Wednesday, January 18, 2006

Surprise!

Wow...this weekend was great. On Sunday, mommy was very surprised when Grandma, Aunt Denise, Aunt Brneda and dad threw her a baby shower. I loved to hear all the noise and I loved that mommy was so happy. When she is happy, I am happy :-)

Based on what I heard, I got a lot of good stuff! It didn't sound like mom got anything for herself, but it sounds like I am well stocked with clothes, toys and all kinds of good stuff. I love it.

Tomorrow I get to be poked and prodded again by the docs. Mom and dad now have to go once every two weeks since we are getting closer to when I need to come out. And by the way...that couldn't come a moment too soon. It is CRAMPED here. I have to kick mom's kidneys, gall bladder, spleen, whatever is in the way. One good thing, I have found this very soft thing to sleep on. I think mom calls it her bladder.

Mom and dad started to take birthing classes two weeks ago. I heard them touring the hospital and last week mom started to learn how to breath. I don't know what the big deal is for her. All she has to do is lay there. I am the one you should feel bad for. I leave my warm, cushy home I have to be thrown into a cold, bright new place.

Well...time for sleep. Gotta get ready for another day or terrorizing mom's organs :-)!!!

Take care everyone.

So loud!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

That is all I heard screamed at the top of people's lungs last night! Good God it was noisy. I was very excited because I got to hear a lot of people this weekend and mommy was feeding me shrimp...yummy. Then, all of a sudden, I hear a group of people shouting numbers and then they screamed Happy New Year about 1000 times. Holy cow.

Mommy seemed to enjoy it, so I didn't mind so much, but that was way past my bedtime...don't these people understand that???

Today I got a lot of sauerkraut and mashed potatos. That is some good stuff. Mommy actually at it for two meals. She than had some pizza that daddy made for her. He is so nice.

Well, I need to get some sleep! I have a lot to catch up on :-)

So...Happy New Year folks!

Happy Holidays

67 days 13 hours and 8 minutes

Happy Holidays from the inside of mommy's belly!

Things here have been very busy this past week. I have heard so many voices and again had so much good food, I just don't know where to begin.

Last Wednesday I heard Grandpa Baker and Great Grandma Baker. Mom and Dad went to dinner with them and I got to hear them talking all about me. I love all of this attention :-)

This weekend I got to hear Uncle Jason, Aunt Denise, Grandma, Aunt Brenda and lots of others. That was Christmas day. I can't wait until I am out to experience that day. I kept hearing everyone say they couldn't wait until next year when I was here because there would be a lot of stuff for me! I love me some presents!

Things in here are still very good, albeit a little cramped. It seems everytime I move now I am bumping into something. Of course, that is okay too, because it makes mom jump and she gets excited everytime she feels me. As long as she is happy, I am happy.

I keep hearing this name Ella. Daddy was talking to me the other night and he kept saying it over and over. Grandma keeps saying it and mom is telling everyone that name as well. I am beginning to think that might be my name! I like it. It is very cool.

Oh, I forgot to mention...on Christmas eve I heard mom and dad say they were going to the candlelight service at church. I loved it!!! The bell choir was cool and the Christmas music was very neat. I heard dad say that I must have some of Grandma Baker in me because of how much I loved the music. Sweet.

Well, I am tired from all of this writing, so I am going to take a nap. Sorry for the delay in writing, but rolling, sleeping, eating, sleeping, kicking and sleeping make for a busy day.

Bye-bye.

Thursday, December 08, 2005

OH BOY!!!

Well...today mommy and daddy found out what I am! Here is the picture they got...can you tell???

Well if you don't see anything, that is becaise there is nothing there. After six months, I can finally tell all of you as well...I am Baby Girl Baker! :-)

I don't know if dad is disappointed or not, but I just want to reassure him...I still love me some O's! Of course, I will be checking them out with mommy!!!

Well, I need a nap. Too much excitement for one day. Ole Doc Piccolo was really moving some junk on me today, so it wore me out.

Later.

Thursday, December 01, 2005

HOLY CRAP!

Ok...it again has been a while...but I have to say...whatever this Thanksgiving thing was last week...WOW!!!! Mom has never fed me so much and so many different good things! Apparently dad made this stuff and it was wonderful. I can't wait to get out and let him feed me even better.

Speaking of dad, he felt me kick for the first time the other night. I am sure he loved it and was grinning from ear to ear.

I continue to stir around and mom giggles when i get the hiccups! (which, by the way, happens quite frequently now.) I always wait until she is sitting still to move around. I know she we will feel me then.

I got to hear Uncle Jason, grandma and Aunt Denise last week too. I haven't heard Uncle Jason for a long time, but it was good to hear him again.

Next week mom and dad are going to see if they can see what I am. I already know if I am a girl or a boy...but I am not going to tell you. You have to wait just like everyone else!

Gotta get to bed. Later.

Tuesday, November 15, 2005

Can you feel me?!?!?

Mom and dad were amazed on Sunday night when I decided to show mom I was inside. I started to move enough that her belly began to jump. Apparently it wasn't a lot of movement, but it was enough that they got excited. I love messing with them!

I also heard mom call and make an appointment today for Dr. Piccilo in December. I am not sure why she called for an additional appointment, but I believe it might be for them to see what I am! Dad is so impatient :-)

Ta-Da!!!!

Hey buddies...

I must say I am sorry for my lack of visiting with you over the past few weeks. I am doing very well, growing every day an fluttering more and more. Really, other than that, nothing exciting has happened...

until this week. Mom and dad went to what they were calling the Eastern Shore on Thursday and Friday for daddy's work. I have to laugh...he must be a major wuss! The reason mommy went was because she had to drive dad across a big bridge. I could tell as we crossed it that dad was scared because he was actually quiet for a while!!! :-) The next day mom went to visit dad at work again and he took her into a lunch where she fed me well...very well!!! I must say, I love crab cakes. They were delicious.

I also got hear Aunt Lisa and Uncle Todd the other night too. Mommy and daddy had dinner with them and it was very nice to hear them again. I think Aunt Lisa is more excited than most for me to get here!

Mom is doing great. I heard her tell dad the other day that she is glad that people look at her now and realize she is pregnant, instead of thinking she is just getting fat. I am sure she is beautiful. She continues to feed me lots of good grub, even though it doesn't seem like it has been as much. Oh well!

Mom and dad went the other week to register...whatever that is. I will say though, I think they were looking for things for me. If that is the case, I am one lucky baby. There is some nice stuff they were talking about.

Mom told dad today that she thinks it might be soon that he can start to feel me moving. I laughed. I have been moving my butt around in here for quite sometime and doing the best I can to make people know I am here. I guess mom has been the only one to feel. I gotta work harder on this.

I get to hear Dr. Piccilo again this week. Should be fun. I always hear him talking and then he pushes this thing on mommy's tummy. I think he is listening for my heart beat, so I make sure he finds it easily...just so mom and dad don't worry.

5 months now and things are really cramped. I am not sure how much longer I am going to be here, but I hope some spaces opens up. I am afraid I will have to sleep with my knees in my face!

Well...I am going to go now. I hope all of you are doing well!

Take care outsiders!

Fluttering away

Here I am! Things are still going well. Mom has started to feel me fluttering around and she giggles everytime it happens! The other week she thought I didn't like Chinese food because I was moving around a lot after she ate at buffet. But let me tell you something...I loved it! I was moving all around because the food stopped and I was looking for more. That's some good stuff! :-)

Dad has been missing a lot this week. I did hear him say he was very tired, so I am not sure what he was up to. I sure did miss him though. He is still rubbing mom's belly and I hear him get very close and say hello a lot.

Next week we go for another check-up. I am going to let mom and dad hear how strong my heartbeat is. Mom told dad tonight that we are half way through. That means I have been in this little space for 4 1/2 months! Speaking of which, everyday it seems to get smaller and more tight in here. I am not sure what is going on, but I am ready to look for a new place. This is getting very cramped. Almost not enough room to hang my plasma screen TV on the walls!

Well...I am off to sleep...what else is new :-) I will check back soon. Take care outsiders.

Time to check in

Apologies for my long delay. I have a lot of stuff to share and just can't find the time to write. I am spinning and stetching and everything else...very busy day.

Mom had her checkup last week and everything is good. Mom and dad heard my heartrate again...146 beats per minute. Dad does a pretty mean imitation of the sound. He cracks me up.

Oh...before I forget...I have no idea what this "fair" is that mom and dad took me to last week but my God was the food wonderful. I tasted things I never knew existed and now I can't wait to get out and try them for myself! Ice cream in waffles, fried veggies, Bricker's Fries, funnel cake, Gyros, Italian Steak sandwiches...and that was just the first day :-) No, I kid. Mom kept saying she was excited for fair food and she certainly showed it by what she fed me. Mom and dad eat good stuff!

Mom still gets tired very easily and after walking around the fair, she was pooped. Even after a long day at work, she tires out very easily. Poor mom. But she says that I am worth it...that makes me smile.

I also made my first trip to my future alma mater this weekend. Mom and dad went to a Ship football game and I got to hear everything. Aunt Barker was there and mom and dad seemed to have a good time. A lot of news, but I can't wait to see what football looks like. Dad talks about it all the time, so it must be good.

Well...I need my sleep as well. Long day ahead of me tomorrow...you know, with all the swimming and bouncing and stuff.

I'll check back soon.

So tired!

Hey folks...sorry I got lost there for a few days. Mom and Dad have been wearing me out. Apparently we went on vacation last week. I am not sure what that was, but it made me and mom very tired. She walked and walked and walked and I slept and slept and...well, you get the point. She seemed to be very relaxed though, so I enjoyed it.

Other than that, not too much new here. I can still hear daddy and every once in a while I hear him a lot louder. He pressed against mommy's tummy and talks. It makes me smile when I hear him. This fella is gonna be cool.

I heard mom and dad got a me a few things already. The other week they bought some stuff at yard sales and I know I have some clothes waiting. Hopefully something that is going to make me look cute...

Please...I don't need clothes for that :-)

Well, I am going to go back to sleep. If I don't check in before, I will stop by next week. Mom goes to Doc Piccolo for a check up and I may have some things to tell you about that.

Plus...mom keeps giving me happy feelings everytime dad mentions the York Fair. Her belly growls and she seems pleased. I am not sure what this is either, but I am sure it will provide a fun story!

Take care outsiders! :)

Me again!

Holy Moley!

I didn't realize how long it had been since I last checked in with everyone. Of course, where was I really going to go! I swim one way and then another. That's about it for now and I am happy. As long as mom keeps feeding me, I am satisfied.

Mom took me to the doctor on Thursday. Everything is good, but of course, I could have told her that. I felt the Doc Piccilo poking around. I tried to poke back, but I still have these tiny hands, so I couldn't. But you wait, once I am out of here, I'll remember him poking me!

I have to say too...I am not sure where mom and dad live, but it has been HOT!!! Last Saturday we were at that place with all the cheering and stuff again and I was sweating! It was super hot. I heard mom mention something about 100 degrees. I am not sure what that means either, but I think I would rather not find out. They must of have found some shade, though, because I cooled down after a while.

I heard daddy talking to me tonight. At first he was being silly and singing a song, but then I heard mom tell him to be serious and then he said hello. I was yelled back, but, nothing came out. So if you are reading this dad...Yo, what up dude! :-)

Mom has been buying some stuff for me too. I heard her and Grandma today talking about some things they bought at yard sales. I can't be sure, but apparently these are places sell their yards. They must sell other stuff too, because a I got some cool stuff. This being a baby stuff is going to rock!

Well, I better get to sleep. I wanted to say hello at least, so you didn't think I moved. Be well all and I will write again soon!

Class of 2029

I heard mommy and daddy talking a while ago that I would go to Shippensburg University because that is where they both went. I think they want to start a family legacy. I am not sure if that will happen, but I thought this would at least make them content for now:

Look at me!

Hey there folks...here I am again!

Just click the pic to see a bigger, better view!

Ain't I just a cutie?!?!?

I heard mommy talking today about someone named June. She said June said I was going to have dad's big round head! Ouch...that's kind of mean. Oh well. I am not sure what it looks like yet, but I hope its not big and round!

Things here have been good. Mom continues to feed me good food, so I am quite content. As long as she keeps shoveling in, I will be a happy baby.

Good night all!

What the...?

Okay...I know I have only been around for a little more than two months, but I have no idea what in the world was going on today!

I was swimming around, minding my own business, when all of a sudden I could hear people yelling and screaming and music was blaring and there was clapping. I have no idea what was going on. Every once in a while I could hear what sounded like a horn blowing and then mom would yell "CHARGE"! I could feel her clapping her hands and I could also tell she was a bit frustrated by something.

It sounded very exciting, but I have no idea what it was. I remember about a month ago, when I was just able to know what was going on, I experienced something similar, but this was crazy. I kept trying to swim, yet she kept clapping and cheering.

Then everything got quiet again. I heard dad faintly say something about the Orioles? I don't know what he was talking about. He said it never failed that the Orioles let him down in the middle of the season. As best I can understand, dad must work with birds. He also said something about white socks. I really have no idea. Like I said before...he is a mystery to me and only gets weirder by the day.

Well...I am tired. I gotta get some sleep. I will check in again soon.
